Welcome to Sheets2GCal Sync. By installing and using our Google Workspace Add-on, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our integration.

1. Description of Service

Sheets2GCal Sync is a Google Workspace Add-on designed to operate inside Google Sheets. The service allows you to map column headers to calendar fields and synchronize select spreadsheet rows directly into your Google Calendar as events.

2. License & Acceptable Use Policy

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the add-on within your Google Account in compliance with these terms:

Lawful Use: You agree to use the add-on only for lawful purposes. You must not use the tool to create spam, fraudulent events, or violate anyone else's rights.
No Reverse Engineering: You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the add-on.
Google Policies: Your usage must also comply with the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service and Google Developer Policies.

3. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM TEMPORARY SYNCHRONIZATION DELAYS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS OF SHEETS2GCAL SYNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE ADD-ON. WE ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR THE LOSS OF EVENTS, DATA MISMATCHES IN SHEETS, OR THE ACCIDENTAL DELETION OF CALENDAR SCHEDULES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING COLUMN MAPPINGS AND EVENT CONTENTS.

5. Third-Party Integrations (Gemini AI API)

The add-on offers optional AI functions that connect with Google's Gemini API. If you use this feature, your interactions are subject to Google's generative AI terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any text content generated by the AI models.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the add-on following any changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the add-on's premium features (if any) or block authorization for violation of these Terms of Service. You can terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the add-on from your Workspace.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
